A Leopard 4000-3 catamaran features a full-batten mainsail, 120 percent roller-furling genoa, and twin 29 hp diesel engines. The cockpit has 360 degrees of visibility from the double helm seat and there’s a hatch in the hardtop bimini to make checking sail trim easy. In addition, the cockpit has walk-through access to the swim platforms, a full electronics package, stereo/CD player speakers, a serving window from the galley, a large dining table, and lots of seating. The saloon features a plush L-shaped settee and a large dining table. All areas are brightly lit and well ventilated for maximum comfort. The aft-facing galley has every possible amenity, including a wet bar. With the 3-cabin layout, one hull is home to a suite with bedroom, dressing room, and full head with separate shower. The other hull has two double cabins, each with a dressing area. Between the cabins is a full head with separate shower.

Insurance:
• Mandatory yacht damage waiver insurance: You are required to leave a refundable deposit of / $3000 (Option 1) / $750 (Option 2) / $0 (Option 3) in equivalent currency at the base to cover any damage incurred to the yacht, or damage to or loss of ancillary equipment. • For yachts 41ft and under, Option 1: $36/day; Option 2: $51/day; Option 3: $98/day • For yachts 42ft and over and all catamarans, Option 1: $41/day; Option 2: $56/day; Option 3: $103/day
• Alternatively, you can opt to pay a Security Deposit at the base upon arrival as part of the embarkation process. This is a refundable payment of $6500

Payment & Cancellation Terms:
• 30% of charter fee is due upon booking.
