The Beneteau 523, designed by Groupe Finot, is the latest masterpiece and flagship of the Beneteau fleet. Performance, and comfort both at sea and in port have been combined to win Cruising World magazine's prestigious "2006 Boat of the Year award". The customized layout of this 523 features a unique extended aft head with separate shower area. The fifth double cabin forward can be accessed either through an adjoining door from the forward starboard cabin (making it ideal for a family with young children) or from the deck hatch and ladder to allow for complete privacy between cabins. The connecting door also adds increased ventilation throughout the yacht. It is sociably positioned facing the luxurious leather upholstered saloon to enable easy banter between crew and chef du jour! Above decks, the extra large cockpit provides ample seating for all aboard.

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• 50% of charter fee is due upon booking. The outstanding balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: A full refund less a $200.00 administration fee is given should the reservation be canceled in writing up to 90 days prior to the charter start date. If the charter is canceled within 90 days of charter start date, then a full refund (less $200.00) is made subject to the charter space reserved being resold.
