Lagoon have done it again! Their great Lagoon 440 design is a perfect charter boat. A simple glance at the boat is enough to notice its main distinguishing characteristic: a rigid bimini, with an integral helm station. The helm station is surrounded by all the sail control lines, reefing included, so that one person can easily handle all the maneuvers. In addition to the hard top bimini and flybridge they have also added a forward cockpit and seating area as well! Allison is the owners version with three comfortable cabins and three heads. The owners cabin encompasses the whole starboard hull offering complete privacy. A great workable galley with a sliding partition opening into the cockpit for conversation and easy drink top ups!

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• A 50% deposit of the total invoiced amount is due upon booking, balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: * For cancellation 90 or more days prior to the charter start: $300.00; * For cancellation 46 to 89 days prior to charter start date: 50% of charter fee; * For cancellation 45 days or less, the entire invoice amount shall be non-refundable.
• All cancellation service fees are non-refundable and will not be held as credit towards future charters.
