Enjoy your BVI sailing vacation in comfort and style! Lagoon have done it again! Their great Lagoon 440 design is a perfect charter boat. A simple glance is enough to notice its main distinguishing characteristic: a hard topped bimini, with an integral helm station. The helm station is surrounded by all the sail control lines, reefing included, so that one person can easily handle all the maneuvers... In addition to the flybridge they have also added a forward seating area for dolphin spotting or sunbathing. Duke of Earl is the four cabin, four head version so offers roomy accommodation for up to eight people. No expense is spared with the luxurious interior with gleaming hardwoods and top of the range appliances. The galley is part of the salon with a sliding widow providing direct access to the cockpit. As the flybridge removes the helmseat from the cockpit area, more room is given to lounging and dining areas. For luxury, ease of handling and space this design cannot be beaten.

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• A 50% deposit of the total invoiced amount is due upon booking, balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: * For cancellation 90 or more days prior to the charter start: $300.00; * For cancellation 46 to 89 days prior to charter start date: 50% of charter fee; * For cancellation 45 days or less, the entire invoice amount shall be non-refundable.
• All cancellation service fees are non-refundable and will not be held as credit towards future charters.
