Leopard 4000 is excellent under sail with her full battened mainsail and 120% roller furling genoa, she has powerful twin engines for reliable performance in all conditions. Her large, stable deck provides plenty of areas to sit or recline, and makes all activities including sail handling and anchoring safe and secure. The cockpit is well thought out with 360 degree visibility from the double helm seat and a hatch in the hard top to check sail trim...In addition to providing protection from the sun, the hard top also incorporates the main sheet track which allows free access to the swim platforms and dinghy davits. The cockpit is equipped with color chartplotter, autopilot, wind instruments, stereo speakers, comfortable seating and a large table. With a serving window from the galley and the wide doorway, the cockpit can function as an extension of the salon or as a separate space.

Insurance:

Mandatory yacht damage waiver insurance: You are required to leave a refundable deposit of $750 (Option 1) / $3000 (Option 2) / $0 (Option 3) in equivalent currency at the base to cover any damage incurred to the yacht, or damage to or loss of ancillary equipment.

• For yachts up to 41ft, Option 1: $54/day; Option 2: $39/day; Option 3: $95/day.
• For yachts 42ft and over and all catamarans, Option 1: $59/day; Option 2: $44/day; Option 3: $100/day.

Additional Information:

• Charters begin at either noon or 6pm (sleep aboard) and finish at noon.
• Prior night sleep aboard : 70% of daily rate
• Crew require separate cabins
• To help get you comfortable with this yacht, complimentary half day skipper is offered free of charge upon request

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• 30% of charter fee is due upon booking. The outstanding balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: For cancellations * 90 days or more prior to departure: full refund less a $400 penalty; * 61-89 days prior to departure: loss of deposit (25% penalty); * 60 days or less prior to departure: no refund (100% penalty); * Early departures: no refunds will be issued for early departures from the charter
