The Leopard 44 is the newest generation of cruising catamarans with a new focus on innovation, performance, and comfort. With an abundance of outdoor space, this catamaran is both luxurious and practical, with a really spacious owners’ suite, cabin, lounge area, desk area, large head and plenty of storage. The innovative exterior of the Leopard features not only a hardtop covered aft cockpit but also a large forward cockpit with access to the salon providing an exciting new innovation for catamarans. Parrot Play is a three cabin owners version so she is a very comfortable yacht for 6 people. There is also a salon that converts, plus a single forward v-berth, which provide space for additional sleeping quarters for children or crew on board the yacht. The galley is equipped as you would expect with great appliances and ample work tops. This new Leopard 44 also offers the luxury of air conditioning and an onboard generator.

Fuel - Water refills - Cellular phone ($10 rental fee applies) - Cruising Tax $2.00/person day 12/01 to 04/30 and $0.75/person day 05/01 to 11/30 - National Parks Permit $25.00/week for up to 4 people, 35.00/week for up to 6 people, $45.00/week for up to 8 people, $55.00/week for up to ten people; additional person is $5/pers./week; additional days over 7, regardless of number of people at $3/day - Virgin Island Search and Rescue donation $2/person - Security Insurance: A mandatory non-refundable premium of $50.00/day to cover accidental damage to the vessel - Refundable security deposit ($500 USD) - Transportation to and from marina - Airport departure tax of $20.00

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• A 50% deposit of the total invoiced amount is due upon booking, balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: * For cancellation 90 or more days prior to the charter start: $300.00; * For cancellation 46 to 89 days prior to charter start date: 50% of charter fee; * For cancellation 45 days or less, the entire invoice amount shall be non-refundable.
• All cancellation service fees are non-refundable and will not be held as credit towards future charters.
