The Fountaine Pajot Orana 44, three cabin Owners version, designed by Joubert/Nivelt is available for charter from November 25, 2009 in the BVI. The Orana 44 has been designed to be a worthy sea-going vessel sporting a high degree of comfort. Her low centre of gravity provides maximum safety. The cockpit and saloon exist on the same level and the helm station can accommodate three people. All sailing controls are grouped at the helm and there is 360 degree visibility. Aft of the helm are two deck-chairs. Inside, the galley opens towards the cockpit and the chart-table is forward facing. The saloon table can seat up to eight guests and the revolutionary "Piano" refrigerator provides ample cool storage.

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• 50% of charter fee is due upon booking. The outstanding balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: A full refund less a $200.00 administration fee is given should the reservation be canceled in writing up to 90 days prior to the charter start date. If the charter is canceled within 90 days of charter start date, then a full refund (less $200.00) is made subject to the charter space reserved being resold.
