CAPTAIN: Nicolas Greaux was born in France and speaks fluent English. In 1987, graduated from "La Grande Tourrache" in the school of commerce. He also received his professional skipper’s license that same year. From 1990 to 1997, he started in the business field in Saint Barthélémy but found that he was drawn to the sea. Nicolas decided to dedicate his career to sailing. In 1998, he assisted in the construction of a 65’ yacht "Sea Toy" in Auckland, New Zealand and upon completion Nicolas was offered the position as captain. "Sea Toy" sailed to many destinations including Australia, Bali, Seychelles, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Nicolas now has a total of 25,000 nautical miles under his belt and his accomplishments make Nicolas an experienced and well-rounded skipper.
HOSTESS: Audrey Pool was born in the Seychelles. In 1996, she graduated from the Polytechnic School in business studies. Audrey's willingness to be involved with people inspired her to become a public relations officer in the Seychelles. This is where she teamed up with the 65' yacht "Sea Toy" and met Nicolas, the skipper. In 1998, she joined as the hostess on their journey from the Seychelles cooking up fine cuisine for the crew and all other duties involved in a hostess position. This is where she truly understood the magic of the sea and her desire for sailing. She is the best caterer at parties and warms the boat up with her smile, making you feel right at home.
CUISINE
CHEF: Frederic Inguenault was born in Brittany France. He began his career in France at the age of 16, where he became Chef in a famous restaurant with 2 Michelin stars. In the last three years, Frédéric has been working in St. Martin as a Chef in three internationally famous restaurants: "La Vie en Rose", "La Soleluna" and "Mahogany". In addition to French and Caribbean cuisine specialties, Frédéric is an expert in "patisserie" and will prepare delicious cakes for his guests. His great specialty is chocolate!... This Privilege 65 is available year round in the Caribbean, out of either Tortola, St. Martin, Antigua, St. Vincent, Guadeloupe, Martinique or other port towns in the area upon request. Our travel consultants will help cater a program to fit your precise interests and needs. On this yacht you may enjoy activities such as diving (compressor onboard), water-skiing, windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling and fishing, in addition to just savoring the pristine beaches, culture, fauna and flora the Leeward and Windward Islands have to offer. All or a combination of the above is possible time permitting. You decide, after all it's your vacation!
