The Carrousel, a 135 foot luxury yacht, was designed and specifically built for private, corporate and social entertaining. For over ten years, the Carrousel has been cruising the popular scenic waterways from Palm Beach to Miami. We can entertain up to 149 guests while the yacht is underway. Accommodations for larger parties of up to 500 guests can be made dockside. Carrousel is the perfect venue for exclusive Corporate Events, Social Celebrations and Weddings.
Size: 135 foot luxury yacht with three enclosed decks and four outside decks including two aft decks, a bow sundeck and large open-air top viewing deck
Main Deck: Reception area including wet bar, spacious aft deck with dance floor, sound booth with state of the art CD systems, elegant main salon enhanced by leather sofas, granite table, live bird aviary, and dramatic circular staircase with skylight leading to the upper deck and dining/conference salon
Upper Deck: Multi-functional dining/conference salon with panoramic views, adaptable to fine dining, wedding ceremonies, conferences and meetings. Customized floor plans for elegant seated dinners and buffets or station parties with cabaret-style seating. Sound booth, outdoor aft deck and wet bar.
Top Deck: Large open-air deck providing magnificent views.
Lower Deck: Large master stateroom with marble bathroom and gold fixtured Jacuzzi tub, adjoining den area with audiovisual system.
Vessel Capacity: U.S. Coast Guard certified to cruise with 149 guests. Dockside hospitality events for 500 or more with a flow of guests on and off the vessel.
Banquet Facilities:Expansive preparation galley/kitchen facility on main deck with finishing galley on upper deck.

The Carrousel is equipped with a state of the art galley where exquisite cuisine is prepared fresh by our master chefs. Crisp table napery, sparkling glassware, gleaming cutlery and fresh flower bouquets all add to the splendor of your occasion. Creations from the galley have impressed countless presidents, ambassadors, VIPs and CEOs from around the world.
Our menus are designed to reflect the elegance of the Carrousel while allowing you to create a personalized atmosphere for your guests. Options include five star cocktail reception stations, hors d’oeuvres, buffet or seated menus, and decadent desserts. Please ask us for our wide array of sample menus and beverage options.
CRUISING ZONE - Miami Beach
"The Carrousel” is available year round out of Miami Beach for day charters and cruises in the South Florida region. She is conveniently located in front of the Fontainebleau Hilton Marina Resort & Hotel one of Floridas hot spots. For departures other than Miami Beach, Carrousel will accomodate their guests to any dock within their ability.
