CREW
Captain Peter has 25 years of experience in the Corporate Aviation field as a Pilot and Aviation Manager, as well as managing several yachts through out the years for his clients. With his partner of 12 years, Kim Thomas, they have had the opportunity of traveling throughout Eastern and Western Europe, Africa, South America and the Caribbean.
Kim along with Peter has traveled throughout the world. She has more than 12 years of experience as a Captain flying various corporate jets, and also holds a 100 Ton USCG Master License. Her attention to detail have proven to be a great asset while dealing with a variety of high profile domestic and international guests.
Peter and Kim are helped by Donna from Sydney, Australia, and Andrea from Vancouver, British Columbia, both who have strong backgrounds in hospitality from chef to restaurant & event management.
CUISINE
Your cook will prepare the most exquisite cuisine, to ensure every mealtime is a delight. Using only the finest quality local produce and ingredients, menus can be adapted to suit your preferences, enabling you to discover delicious local dishes and delicacies.
