The spacious air-conditioned saloon has comfortable couch seating and is the perfect place to socialize with your guests. Enjoy the panoramic views, relax at the bar, in the jacuzzi, and make the most of the TV, DVD player, CD stereo and computer with fax, e-mail and Internet access. It's tastefully decorated saloon is ideal for enjoying a movie or listening to some music. YOUR CREW

Paul and Joanna Bell have been running "Sabbatical" for the past year cruising Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean coast of Mexico. Paul and Joanna have previous experience aboard two other Sunseeker Manhattans, and are quite familiar with these yachts. They pride themselves on maintaining their vessels to “as new” standards.

Paul began his yachting career on S/Y Kasu in Bali, which he sailed three quarters around the world to the Caribbean and back to the UK. Over the years, his charters have allowed him extensive time in The Mediterranean, The Bahamas, The West Coast of Mexico and The Sea of Cortez; deliveries on the East Coast of America have also supplemented his knowledge. As Captain of a charter boat, Paul likes to make sure his guests have a truly memorable experience, visiting the popular high spots and searching out the quiet getaways.

CUISINE

Joanna carefully selects each menu and offers a wide variety, sure to please all of her guests. One of the environments where Joanna fine tuned her gastronomic skills was at a ski chalet where she catered to 13 guests. In addition, while in Mexico, Joanna worked alongside the Exclusive Las Ventanas al Paraiso Resort (part of Rosewood Hotels group), challenged to meet their very high standards required to charter the yacht to hotel guests. She loves to make an interesting and healthy variety of breads. Her emphasis is on light and healthy foods, except for the occasional indulgence for dessert. CRUISING ZONE - Bahamas & Caribbean

Sabbatical is available winter & spring in the Bahamas and other Caribbean destinations upon request, spending the summers months in western Mediterranean. Our travel consultants will help cater a program to fit your precise interests and needs... Aboard this luxurious Sunseeker 84, you will enjoy activities such as snorkeling, sports fishing, water skiing and rendezvous diving, in addition to just savoring the pristine beaches, culture, fauna, flora of the Caribbean and Mediterranean islands and port towns. All or a combination of the above is possible time permitting. You decide, after all it's your vacation!
