Day 1: Abraćo
Cruise from the base for your first dip in the sea, head over to the overnight anchorage at Abraćo,
and dine at one of the many wonderful restaurants.
Cruise to Enseada de Palmas and explore the trail to the idyllic beach of Lopes Mendes. Eat dinner and stay overnight at Saco do Céu
Day 3: Freguesia de Santana and Lago Verde
Freguesia de Santana and Lago VerdeVisit the chapel of Freguesia do Santana and then head over to Lagoa verde for snorkeling, food and drinks at the floating bar. Stay overnight at Sķtio Forte
Day 4: Enseada do Pouso and Paraty
Enjoy a pleasant sail to Enseada do Pouso, where there is a ten minute walk along the trail to a waterfall. Then, it's off to the historic Paraty village and its many nice restaurants from which to choose.
Whether you prefer lazing on the beach, enjoying water sports, visiting the ecological treasures in the national parks or clubbing at exclusive local nightspots, there's something for everyone on Brazil's Green Coast.
Paraty, Brazil. Paraty is a National Historic Patrimony, a city that preserves its countless natural wonders and architectural heritage. The city was founded in 1667 around the First Church of Our Lady of the Remedies. In the past, Paraty enjoyed great economic importance due to its sugar mills and plantations. In the 18th century, Paraty stood out as an important port through which gold and precious stones flowed from Minas Gerais to Portugal by ship.
Day 5: Mamanguį
Visit the stores in the historic downtown before heading off to Mamanguį, where there are many trails, beaches and places to have lunch. Then it's off to Ilha da Cotia, at Paraty Mirim, to spend the night. Paraty's rugged geography offers beautiful waterfalls, which can be accessed from the beach along scenic trails. Saco de Mamanguį is a deep, fjord-like inlet from the sea, which stretches 8 km (5 mi) long and 2 km (1 mi) wide, with 33 beaches and 8 caiēara communities. It connects the Joatinga Ecological Reserve with the Cairuēu Environmental Protection Area. At the bottom of Mamanguį is a gorgeous and very well preserved mangrove forest.

Day 6: Angra Dos Reis, Praia do Dentista, Porto do Frade
Enjoy another pleasant sail back to Angra dos Reis. Arrive at Praia do Dentista for a swim, snacks and drinks at the floating bars. Then, head to Porto do Frade to have dinner and spend the night. Among the most beautiful islands of Angra dos Reis, Cataguases is ringed by white sand beaches and emerald green waters. It's a picture-perfect tropical backdrop for swimming and relaxing in the sun.
Day 7: Ilha de Itanhanga and Ilha Botinas
Explore Itanhanga Island and Botinas Island and end the day with a visit to Bananal cove. Ilhas Botinas twin islands (sometimes referred to as the sisters) can be seen from Angra's city center, and they appear on many picture postcards. Its crystal clear waters allow you to see the white, sandy bottom 10 meters down below.
