Additional Info:

• Charters can start any day of the week
• Charters begin at either at 10 am or 4 pm (sleep aboard) and finish at 10 am.
• Prior night sleep aboard: 70% of daily rate
• Crew require separate cabins
• To help get you comfortable with this yacht, complimentary half day skipper is offered free of charge upon request
• A minimun number of days may apply
• Yacht based out of Bahia De La Paz, Mexico

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• 30% of charter fee is due upon booking. The outstanding balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: For cancellations * 90 days or more prior to departure: full refund less a $400 penalty; * 61-89 days prior to departure: loss of deposit (25% penalty); * 60 days or less prior to departure: no refund (100% penalty); * Early departures: no refunds will be issued for early departures from the charter
